FAQ's
- My MemoACT® adhesive strip is losing it's stickiness effect.
- Over a period of time, the top polyurethane adhesive layer of MemoACT® will accumulate dust, which will cause the adhesive to fade. Simply wet your fingertip with water and gently rub the surface of the adhesive. You will start to notice a stream of dust come off. Keep on rubbing with water until the dust goes away and wait to dry. The adhesive surface will be good as new! See the Instructions on How to Use for a quick demo.
- How many colors can I have when customizing logos/designs on MemoACT® and Non Slip pad?
- Unlike most imprints, there are additional costs per color. All of MemoACT® cost effective pricing includes up to 4 color process. You can even add up to picture quality images and the price stays the same. As for Non Slip Pad, we use screen printing process. Our pricing includes one color screen imprint. For an extra charge per color, you can have up to 4 color imprint. The insert piece that includes instructions on how to use has a design area that you can customize also up to 4 color
- What is the minimum order requirement for MemoACT and Non Slip Pad?
- The minimum order requirement for MemoACT® is 1000 pieces. As for the Non Slip Pad, our minimum quantity order is 500 pieces. One set up charge applies each at $45.00 and is waived on repeat orders.
- Is there an extra charge for customized die cut?
- Currently we have existing molds available for MemoACT®, see Size Variations Chart, which is no charge. As for customized molds, there is a one time additional fee that applies per mold. Please contact your representative for pricing information.
- Is the MemoACT® adhesive material permanent?
- MemoACT® has a unique adhesive material that leaves no sticky residue. However, please keep in mind that since the back layer has a strongeradhesive layer, do not stick it on paper because some layers will not be able to be removed.
- What kind of design format do I need to provide to you in order to placean order?
- Design files are accepted in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator format,CMYK or RGB with at least 300dpi resolution. Any pantone colors must be specified. Please see Preferred File Formats for more information.
- What is the life span of MemoACT and Non Slip Pad?
- Both MemoACT® and non-slip pad have a lifetime span considering good treatment on the product. Advance Creative Technology will replace any products that do not react as specified. Like most adhesive products, keep in mind when using MemoACT®, some memos/paper components that consist of glossy layers or wax will come off and stay on the MemoACT® adhesive side, causing the product to become unreliable.
